Victoria''s Secret was started in San Francisco, California, in 1977 by Roy Raymond, who felt embarrassed trying to purchase lingerie for his wife in a department store environment. Four stores opened in quick succession, creating a comfortable environment for men, with wood-paneled walls, Victorian details and helpful sales staff and well displayed product, making it easy for men to browse.

Along with the beauty products, VSBA offers exclusive branded accessories including Cosmetic Cases, Travel Collection, Small Leather Goods and Totes.Manage all aspects of the Supply Chain, implementing systems for effective & accurate forecasting, inventory & replenishment at all levels.

The Role:

Manage supply arrangements, interacting strongly with specific brand support services & local Suppliers. Monitor performance of the Supply Chain, develop budgets, & ensure timely & accurate information flows within & outside the Business.


*Support retail supply & store material procurement

*Ensure continuous & transparent feedback to the Business

*Manage stock levels

*Lead on Supply Chain development and new supply initiatives

*Coach, develop & mentor Supply Chain team



*6 years in a retail environment, at least 3 years of which should be in a Supply Chain role.

*Managerial / Supervisory experience is essential.
