Job description / Role
With more than 750 cafes, stores and restaurants the Alshaya Food division offers a range of roles for different hospitality backgrounds. Brands such as The Cheesecake Factory, Starbucks, P.F. Changs, Pizza Express and Shake Shack provide everything from quick service and casual up to fine dining. We launched 8 new brands across 2012 and 2013 and have more planned for 2014.
The Role:
We are looking for an individual who excels in planning, organising, implementing and getting results. Our projects often involve reading, analysing and organising large amounts of information, complex data and documents - doing so, is vital to our success. You will ideally come from a supply chain or food retail background and should have previous experience of designing processes, creating proposals and recommending plans to improve operational efficiency across multiple markets.

Requirements:
* Excellent English language skills
* Minimum 3 years' project management experience
* Organised with a structured approach to projects
* Ability to build and maintain relationships at senior levels in the division
* Proactive with strong implementation skills
* Background in supply chain or food retail is a must
* You must be willing to travel across the Middle East.
