This is an opportunity to work for one of the worlds leading consumer goods companies. Our client has operations across the globe and employs over 20,000 staff. Headquartered in Europe, and with manufacturing facilities across the globe they have some of the worlds most iconic brands within their portfolio.

Based in Saudi Arabia, and reporting to the Head of Supply Chain in Europe, the main responsibilities of the Supply Chain Supervisor is to oversee supply chain activities for our clients products.

You will be required to do the following:

• To locally monitor external warehousing: finished goods, semi-finished goods, packaging and POS materials.
• To locally monitor all external co packing/labelling processes across the region.
• To locally monitor the secondary freight quality: loading and unloading trucks and containers.
• To ensure the implementation and follow up of the companies quality policies.
• To implement new IT tools.

Requirements

The successful candidate chosen for this role must possess a Bachelor's Degree, preferably within the Logistics field. You will have 4-7 years experience overseeing a logistics operation within a leading FMCG organisation in the Middle East. Alongside this the successful profile will have extensive knowledge of external co-packing, labelling operations, warehousing and logistics management. Excellent English and Arabic is a must with a strong interpersonal skills, being able to embrace and lead change, with the ability to influence people. The ideal profile will be a passionate and driven individual, who is perseverant and resilient in the pursuit of objectives, willing to take on new challenges.
