Employment: Full Time

Our client, A world leader in manufacturing security products and associated services. They are recruiting for Supply Chain coordinator for scratch cards.

The Supply chain coordinator for scratch cards is responsible for smoothly execution of recharge cards orders from launch to customer delivery with coordination of CS and sales and ensuring product is delivered on time in a cost-effective manner. Reporting to Supply Chain Manager.

- Coordinate with sales and CS team for specification clarification at quote level and finalize specs
- Release specs to Subco for quote and to freight agents for transport cost
- Respond to RFQs and Tenders commercial and technical part for Scratch card
- Validate Work instructions for scratch cards on behalf of the company for Subcos
- Keep Record of vendors including capabilities, capacities, agreement etcs
- Release PO's to Vendors on requirement as per DOA for all departments
- Prepare master production scheduling and Provide lead time and release CDD for scratch card jobs as per duly defined KPI's
- Monitor Subcontractor performance
- Support CS team by air and by sea logistics from Subcontractor to customer as per agreed incoterms
- Close coordination with Subcontractors in order to react and adjust urgencies by minimizing impact on regular business/lead time
- Support management to validate forecast for scratch card and release monthly and YTD reports for Scratch card
- Will manage scratch card Dash-board

Requirements

- Graduate in Business Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Production Scheduling, or other related discipline
- Experience of handling Subcontractor, and logistics management
- Thorough knowledge of Scratch card products
- Knowledge of International Import/export and customs
- Good Communication skill, Can work in team with minimum supervision independently, can work under pressure and minimum reactive time -
- Skillful and proactive problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge and application of MRP system
- Proficiency in Microsoft
