Supply Operations Manager, MENA

We are recruiting for a Supply Operations Manager Drive Supply Chain programs that support MENA in delivering their F17 goals.
- Lead the Supply Chain logistics agenda to deliver MENA Strategic and Operational goals .
- Partner with commercial and finance teams to ensure Supply Chain enables delivery of the Business goals.
- Drive improvements in Customer Collaboration, Route to Market, COGS management and end to end Supply Chain efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage standard performance measurement KPIs, including with 3PL service providers and drive improvement.
- Enhance 3PL.
- Work closely with Customers to drive a collaborative approach to improving Customer Service and maximizing collective end to end Supply Chain efficiency and effectiveness, including an understanding of Customers Routes to Market.
- Build strong relationships with MENA customers to drive improved service as measured by TAG survey. Work with International Supply Centre and European Planning Team to ensure Service delivery goals met (specifically Quarterly goals) and execution of Global Strategy.
- Work closely with Customer Service teams in Budapest and Manila to ensure OTC process is working smoothly.
- Manage operations in a compliant manner following Code of Business Conduct and Statement of Authority Work with to are a global client that specialise in FMCG.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Supply Chain operations (production planning, demand planning/forecasting, inventory management, 3PL Management and end to end Supply Chain evaluation).

Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus. Local market knowledge required.
