The RoleThe RoleA global leader within the FMCG food industry is currently recruiting for a Supply Planning Manager. As Supply Planning Manager you will be responsible for supervising product supply cycle including private label supply and ensuring delivery on time and in full by focusing on sourcing and initiatives management contributes to business targets achievements. This position is based in Dubai and will reports directly to Supply Chain Manager. Responsibilities Reviewing and approving all raw and packaging materials supply plan. Ensuring materials are delivered on time and in full. Initiating materials supply chain optimization and coordinating inventory to ensure inventory targets are met Creating joint operating expectations with suppliers to improve suppliers performance Leading new initiatives process and managing all deadlines and required steps in the process are fulfilled Coordinating supply chain perspective of new initiatives Analysing stocks situation across all markets and adjusting and prioritizing production plan Reviewing production plan to meet all required parameters Coordinating all supply chain processes for private label manufacturing Analysing production extra capacity possibilities to transform in private label business opportunities Review and approve supply plans prepared by Supply Managers Supervise and provide support on supply plans execution |
RequirementsRequirementsSkills & Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience as planning manager or supply manager at FMCG sector Must have at least Bachelors degree MS Office, Genesis (internal software) MRP concept and MRP2, DRP, S&OP concepts understanding |
