Job description / Role
The core activities include supporting the customers in Middle East and the maintenance of solutions that are deployed based on the company's products. Part of your other responsibilities will be customization and installation at customer premises solutions.
Requirements
- Degree in Electronics/Computer Engineering or related fields
- Must acquire full autonomy in installing Dexxis solution portfolio (database, application server, network) and ability to configure the product.
- Knowledge of databases: Oracle/MySQL
- Some knowledge of development in JAVA
- Some knowledge about source management software
- Ability to use production machines during testing phase (Datacard, CIM, Matica, Evolis)
Knowledge about Smart Cards, EMV and cryptography
Ability to learn new things quickly
Autonomy in problem-solving
Person needs to be responsible and well organized
Fluent in English and ability to communicate effectively
Knowledge of Arabic is a MUST
Ability to travel in all Middle East countries
Experience in direct cooperation with the external customer is mandatory
