Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Support Services Manager supports the Services of Rolls-Royce Saudi Arabia Ltd (RRSAL) in Eastern Provence to maintain business continuity
Based in Dhahran and responsible to the RRSAL General Manager for the provision of administrative support to Company personnel based in the Eastern Province (Dharan, Kafji and other future sites)

ADMINISTRATION & GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS:
• To create fit administration & government Affairs’ processes aligned with business strategy and to direct administration & government relations service segment.
• Assist in Admin and Quality requirements to maintain office filing system for related Audits.
• Assist in timely updating the admin data base and collating related information such as staff movement, car allocations, add/Cancel medical insurance of Eastern province in coordination with HQ.
• Assist managing outsourced services such as Traveling, transportation and telecommunications services...etc including their billing in coordination with HQ.
• Assistance with LoIs, Visas, airport and other government documentation.
• Timely provision of gate passes and site passes for visitors including flight line permission for vehicles and laptops.
• Manage customs clearance and expediting of parts / engines / equipment.
• Manage local hired car services including maintenance, authorizations letters and validity of documentations.
• Manage offices supplies and business requirements.
• Develop reporting mechanism to report weekly/monthly/annually activities.

Property:
• Property and asset Management including utility management.
• Assist local residential requirements and management of accommodation requirements and any related issues.

HR:
• Maintain HR Filling System and maintenance of Employee Records.
• Assist Manage medical insurance services.

IT:
• Manage local IT requirement including data back-up.

Requirements

• Strong Administration skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage relationship with government officials
• Knowledge of PRO function would be helpful
• Experience in reporting and documentation
