Employment: Full Time

Surface Treatment Sales Manager - Adhesives Technologies - GCC

1. Managing the sales force by ensuring effective resource allocation in order to:
- Achieve the sales targets monthly, quarterly and yearly in line with the market share and profitability targets.
- Coach, train and develop the sales team members, control the block of travel expenses amongst the team.
- Prepare sales forecasts and monthly reports on time in coordination with the sales team and customers.
- Taking the initiatives for new hiring, replacements and internal rotations within the responsible team.

2. Maintaining the customers and relations in line with the division requirements in order to:
- Enhance the brand sales, visibility and reachability,
- Control the product pricing and service quality levels of the customers and distributors,
- Development of the customers and distributors within the aspects of the requirements of the AG division.

3. Follow up of the sales operations by;
- Interacting with internal functions: customer service, supply chain, technical service, marketing,
- Communicating with the customers/distributors by conducting regular customer visits
- Coordination of account activities: accounts receivables, new account opening, price list updates
- Supporting the end users with the required technical support.

4. Taking the key role in the planning of the next year sales (KP) in coordination with the sales team and business manager and forecasting the sales growth strategy for 3 years.

5. Searching for new markets within the segment in line with the latest technological improvements.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or any related discipline.
- MBA is an advantageous.
- Above 5 years of work experience in the related field.
- International exposure experience is required.
- Outstanding project management skills.
- English language fluency (Verbal and Written)
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Mobility is required.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
