Sustainability Architect - Junior/Mid Level

Job description / Role

Design and delivery focused architects have an established operation in UAE and Qatar, with a portfolio of large mixed use, commercial, institutional, hotel, retail and residential developments across the GCC and MENA.

With an established design and delivery teams in Abu Dhabi and Doha, they are seeking a number of new talented professionals to join their team.

A Sustainability Architect who will be focusing on Estidama and Sustainability Design on Middle East projects, is required to join their ESD specialist team.
This individual will join the team to work with conceptual architects on implementing codes and regulations of ESTIDAMA into the design throughout the life of the project.

Requirements

This individual will ideally be in the GCC right now, or have had previous GCC experience in a Sustainability Design capacity.

With around 3-5 years experience post graduation of a Architecture Degree, this individual will be working within a consultancy environment in the UAE, ideally.

Expertise and knowledge ESTIDAMA codes and regulations is required, with strong communication skills for internal and external party communication. The ability to drive an internal team encouraging productivity and team work/ethos.
