Job description / Role
Job Purpose:
Mix the syrup required for the production, prepare the cleaning and sanitation chemicals and keep the relevant areas in order.
Major Accountabilities:
1. Weigh the correct quantities of sugar and mix the simple syrup.
2. Mix the final syrup using the correct quantities of concentrate as per the Production Plan provided by Senior Chemist/Chemist.
3. Clean and sanitize the sugar and mixing tanks in order to ensure food safety.
4. Keep all relevant areas clean and tidy.
5. Mix the cleaning and sanitizing chemicals used by the Production associates in cleaning the machinery and equipment.
Requirements
- Secondary schooling or equivalent required.
- Should be comfortable working with numbers.
- Relevant experience would be a definite advantage.
- The candidate with FMCG experience would be at an advantage.
- If currently working in UAE, should have completed a minimum of 2 years in current organization.
- Candidate who is ready to join immediately would be given preference.
- Salary for this position would be 2500 AED + Benefits.
