System AC Sales Manager - Oman

Purpose of the job:
- Acquiring B2B network by recruiting industry Key person
- Enhancing Product and Channel Strategy by referring competitors business structure
- Utilizing SAC winning experience to increase winning ration of SAC bidding

Position Responsibilities:
- Individual with solution providers exposure and has private SAC experience.
- Possess strong relationships with government sector.
- Create strategic relationship with government and private sector and consultant accounts
- Analyze customer requirements and promote company products, achieving and increasing all targeted revenue and profit goals.
- Responsible for following KPIs: team revenue, market share of all his products, AR of all his accounts, inventory status and old stock of his products, consolidated profit for all his sales.
- Able to achieve targets as set by Management:
- Selection of the most appropriate channels.
- Create and implement the account Sales strategy for UAE and GCC (for each market segment).
- Direction of the elaboration and maintenance of accounts/sectors strategic plans including competitive analysis
- Managing, motivating and developing partner Sales team
- Maintain relationship with existing and potential partners Distributors, Contractors, Consultants, Private and government customers
- Marketing strategy, planning and implementing, creating and maintaining distribution network.
- Building Channel Management
- Building distributors SAC B2B organization
- Product Management

Requirements

- At least 5-7 years of extensive experience in Air Conditioning business in Oman Market
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering in a must
- Post Graduate degree in business management is an advantage
- Ability to perform and work under different conditions and a team player.
- Having total Commercial Air Conditioning Solution providing capability
- Good networking with the local industry
- Extensive sales thinking and pro-active
- Strong accounts management skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects.
- Self starter being able to work under minimum supervision
- Strong network with different account categories in Oman market
