System Administrator / Desktop Support Technician - ( Only Female Candidates)
Knowledge & Experience
- A minimum 3 years of work experience in Service desk as a System Administrator or Desktop Support technician.
- Experience of working in technical call center providing desktop support
- Working technical knowledge of network, PC, Macs, and platform operating systems
- Working technical knowledge of current systems software, protocols, and standards, including [firewalls, Active Directory].
- Strong knowledge of local area network administration.
- Hands-on software and hardware troubleshooting experience.
- Experience documenting and maintaining configuration and process information.
Requirements
- Strong Windows 7 troubleshooting experience
- Strong hardware, network printers experience
- Strong Experience with MS Office 2007/2010/2013
- Working knowledge of AD/DHCP/DNS/LDAP
- ITIL v3 Foundation Certification
- Antivirus/Spyware
- Mobility/Smart phones
- Enterprise Storage Management such as NetApp
