Job description / Role
Your main job will be giving IT Support (Level 3 & 4) in the Dubai office and other offices located in Middle East. You will provide e.g. workstation support (Windows 7), LAN support, printer management etc. Administration of virtual and network infrastructure are also part of your job tasks. Besides support you will participate actively on IT infrastructure development. You have knowledge of Windows Server 2008/2012 Active Directory environment.
Requirements
You have a Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Microsoft Certification is an advantage. You have several years of experience in information systems, with the aspiration to constantly keep yourself updated with the latest technologies. You are an IT generalist and have a service minded attitude. You are fluent in both English and Arabic. You are able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
