Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Responsible for the implementation, operation, maintenance, backup, system security and system integrity of Microsoft Operating systems including Active Directory, MS Exchange 2010.
- Implement patches and implement corrective actions needed to mitigate security risks and vulnerabilities in ordinance to regular Administrator tasks.
- Administer the related policies, user admissions, access permissions, security / distribution groups for the entire Active Directory Enterprise and MS Exchange environment.
- Ensure the backup of all the required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the backup media and restoration integrity.
- Identify any IT related deficiencies based on scan or other IT assessment test or techniques.
- Provide hardware and software installation/support/troubleshooting
- Ensure all tickets requiring follow-up work and/or calls are resolved

- WSUS, Print & File Server, Hyper-V
- DNS, DHCP

Requirements

- Total 5 years of experience with 2 years in AD, Exchange and WSUS.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including patience, a sense of humor, flexibility,consideration, discretion, tact, confidence and effectiveness in dealing with people and sensitive information.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, combined with the ability to provide quick resolution to problems
- Must be proactive and have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues, end users, and with external vendors.
- Ability to document the technical deployments and issues for quick resolution.
