Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Analyzing company's existing systems and business models;
Ensuring that the requirements set forth by the business are captured and documented correctly before the solution is developed and implemented.
Mapping and documenting interfaces between legacy and new systems;
Understanding software development lifecycle;
Translating company requirements into highly specified project briefs;
Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability;
Conducting requirements analysis and preparing specific proposals for modified or replacement systems;
Developing solutions and related products;
Producing project feasibility and costings report;
Develops solution by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions
Working closely with colleagues, developers, testers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction;
Ensuring that budgets are adhered to and deadlines met;
Drawing up, supervising and documenting testing schedule for complete system;
Implementation of a new system or solution completely;
Planning and working flexibly to deadlines;
Supporting users on change control and system updates;
Providing training and user manuals to users of a new system;
Keeping up to date with technical and industry developments.
Working closely with other departments/organizations and collaborating with other IT staff.
Planning and implementing future IT developments and undertaking project work.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science.
2-5 Years of Experience as System Analyst.
Good knowledge in MS Dynamic AX & AX Anywhere.
Good knowledge in Handheld Devices and Barcode Scanners.
Good knowledge in Label Printing Solutions.
Good knowledge in Automating Business Process Solutions.
Good knowledge in Business Intelligent.
Good knowledge in the MS Project or Primavera
Good knowledge in Dash boarding & reporting tools.
Good knowledge in the MS CRM or Sales Force.
