Job description / Role
The System Coordinator will work closely with the Project Managers in a fast paced, small team environment and will engage with a variety of stakeholders from a multitude of organisations including clinical staff, management executives, design managers and equipment suppliers.
Responsibilities of the post include but are not limited to: Day to day support of the Project Managers in assisting them deliver their objectives in a timely and accurate manner via data analysis, report compilation and evaluation, document management and document presentation, liaison with the wider team in Toronto and ensuring the accuracy of outputs prior to distribution.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel, Power Point) is required
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills - English is used for written and spoken communication
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Detail and results oriented
- The ability to work on multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
- The ability to work under pressure, be a self-starter and complete projects in a timely manner
- 3 to 5 years experience working in the health care sector would be an asset
- Post-secondary degree or diploma is required
- Proficiency in the use of the English language
