Job description / Role
We are currently Looking for two System Engineers for the Banking/Financial Services sector.
Objectives:
- Site Inspection, site installations and Customer / Custodian training.
- ATM/Cheque handler Hardware & software support
- Perform ATM Preventive maintenance as per PM plan.
- Coordinate with logistics department to help maintain spare parts.
- To coordinate & communicate for service calls
- Workshop repair and other duties
- Supervise and provide support to Junior Engineers and Technicians
- Provide onsite and in-house training for colleagues and customers
- Handle call escalations
Authority and Control Features:
- Service Activity Report
- Preventive Maintenance Report
- Escalated Service Reports for customers
- Prepares Site Survey Form
- Prepares Pre Installation Form
- Prepares Parts requisition Form
Requirements
- Strong Wincor ATM & CCDM knowledge
- Wincor diagnostic tools
- Electromechanical troubleshooting skills
- Computer skills (MS Office, MS Windows)
- Adaptability
- Collaboration / Team Work
- Communication
- Customer Focus
We prefer candidates who are currenly working in Banks.
