Job description / Role
Main responsibilities: Technical support for IT solutions company as well as internal group of companies support for network, servers, computers (hardware, software and operating systems) and ERP systems.
Other duties include technical sales support, web site admin and procurement
Monthly salary (all inclusive): AED6-8k per month
Other Benefits: Medical Insurance + Annual ticket to home country
Requirements
- Graduate in Computer Science or related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years experience in IT & Office support and related administration
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft, Linux and iOS operating systems
- Knowledge of database (SQL), Backup, ERP & CRM Systems
- Knowledge of open source software administration and support (Zimbra, VMWare & Open Bravo)
- Knowledge of Internet, WiFi, Cisco hardware, VOIP, Server hardware configuration and maintenance
- Experience in end-user support for office applications for a group of companies, network hardware configuration and Web/Email hosting administration
- Experience in open source and mobile apps development is an advantage
- Fluency in English is a must
