Systems Trainer for eLearning Software Solution

We adopt a hands-on approach by doing the implementation, training and after-sales support for both eLearning and School Management Solutions directly at the school premises.

Job Description:
Based in Jeddah with some travel throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Systems Trainer will train school teachers and coordinators to use our eLearning Software Solution.
He will work closely with our sales team, providing support and guidance on best practices and ensuring there are no roadblocks to software execution.

Requirements

- Capable to operate with minor supervision
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Proactively present new features and functionality to management in order to keep pace with industry trends and business objectives
- Ability to communicate technical issues (both verbal and written) in a manner that is easy for a non-technical audience to understand
- Offer full support for escalated issues where customer needs the comfort of knowing they have individuals who can assist them on a more personal level

Skills:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a school teacher or trainer in reputable trainer center
- Previous experience in Saudi market is a must
- Software training & deployment experience
- Experience working with eLearning software or relevant is a plus
- Ability to work successfully with teams, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure
- Strong customer focus promoting customer satisfaction, resolution and loyalty
- Should be passionate about Technology; Exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS), Moodle or eLearning / Digital Publishing is a plus
- Excellent command of English & Arabic
- Full Package Offered : SAR 6,000 - 8,000 / month based on Qualifications & Experience
