Job description / Role
Position Objective
To undertake the complete management of the GL reconciliation in T24 rollout project within the Bank in cooperation with Temenos, Technology, and Business areas. The key objectives are the following:
• Develop financial reconciliation strategy after migration to T24 with Legacy GL in consultation with all stakeholders of the Bank
• Cooperate with Temenos, Technology and Business users for the planning, review and execution of the Financial Reconciliation activities
• Run the financial reconciliation Discussions Sessions with all stakeholders
• Follow up financial Reconciliation issues until resolution
• Monitor and support stakeholders in preparing product wise reconciliation documents
• Ensure that project timelines are not impacting the overall Program master plan
• Manage Risks and Issues relating to Financial Reconciliation in cooperation with the Data Migration Project Manager
• Resolve difficult financial reconciliation issues when migrating from Legacy system to T24
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
• Ensure that a detail financial Reconciliation plan is prepared and monitored on daily basis
• Oversee plan execution in cooperation with all key stakeholders
• Closely cooperate with Data Migration Project Manager, Temenos, Technology, and Business users so as to ensure the timely delivery of project activities
• Organize and run financial reconciliation meetings ensuring the participation of all stakeholders
• Guide stakeholders in the preparation of product related reconciliation when preparing RSD (Reconciliation Specifications documents) and facilitate the reconciliation of financial information
• Develop risk mitigation strategies, identify and resolve implementation risks in support of quality and risk management processes

Requirements
Key Skills
• Banking Experience of minimum 10 years
• Core competency in Finance having MBA or CA degree
• Core Banking Implementation Experience of minimum 10 years
• Minimum 5 years of experience in T24 Rollout
• Experience in financial reconciliation of Legacy systems with T24
• Ability to interact and cooperate with critical stakeholders of the Program
• Strong investigative and analytical skills
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing dynamic environments
Specific Domain Experience/ Exposure
• Experience in T24 implementation is a must
• Extensive experience with core banking solution implementation, with a proven track record in similar roles for complexity
• Experience in working in a banking environment either with clients or vendors.
• Strong Financial background and understanding GL reconciliation process
• Ability to lead people and project work, and interact with varying levels of management
