Charterhouse is working with a worldwide organisation who are looking to hire a T24 Support Manager.

The T24 Support Manager will be responsible for supporting and maintaining highly critical systems. You will focus on the support application function whilst also dealing with vendors and businesses to understand their needs. You will manage a diversified team of professionals both onshore and offshore who are responsible for more than 15 applications supporting treasury & capital market, private wealth management and core banking.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have cross border team management experience coupled with strong program management attributes. Ideally you should have a minimum of 10 years experience working in the financial/software/banking industry. It is essential that you have T24 experience from a support perspective. Experience in vendor management, implementation, troubleshooting, enhancements and project management would be highly beneficial.
