Job description / Role
Up to AED 18,000 per month
Our client is a Global Multinational company and they are urgently seeking a competent Urdu speaking T&D HR Manager.
You will be required to support the HR Director, organise their training, training material identifying training and development needs within an organisation through job analysis, working in a team to produce programmes that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organisation, developing effective induction programmes; managing the delivery of training and development programmes, evaluating training and development programmes; amending and revising programmes as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment; helping line managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups etc.
Occasional travel to Pakistan would be required to support the training facilities and programmes.
Requirements
- Familiar with Learning Management Systems
- Experience in the professional service industry
- Urdu Speaker, Excellent English, written and verbal skills
- Degree Educated
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
