Job description / Role
Reporting and taking direction from Practice Manager, the TOGAF Trainer is responsible for the delivery of TOGAF training, controlling the training schedule across our region of operation and reporting on the performance of the training to the Practice Manager.
The TOGAF Trainer is accountable for the delivery of the training at the highest level of satisfaction of the clients and ensuring the delivery of training sessions that draw both on the official material and its practical implementation.
Requirements
- BS/BA or equivalent (Masters degree preferred)
- TOGAF certified is mandatory
- 5-7 years training experience, 3 of which should be in a role dealing with partners and managing training activities
- Proven leadership skills
- Ability to influence customers
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills
- Willing to travel extensively for training
