The Role

Tahdeeth Programme Manager (18 Months Project)

As a Tahdeeth Programme Manager you will be responsible for defining master project plan, following up critical project issues and preparing required regular status reports and presentations for top management. He/she is responsible for providing guidance to PMO project managers and drive cross functional deliverables.
The person will be responsible of planning and managing all details of the overall Tahdeeth Program - the NW Modernisation and the Single Managed Service Program. Tahdeeth Programme Manager is responsible for all Tahdeeth Program views like technology swap & rollout progress, resource utilisation, budget control, QoS KPIs, Customer Experience improvement, contract fulfilment.
Plans all aspects of the Tahdeeth Program in close coordination with all stakeholders in Huawei and in Ericsson. Evolves the Program further, even beyond the original scope where beneficial for Nawras

Works closely with Implementation Team PMO to increase permanently the speed and efficiency of the NW Modernisation execution

Tracks and optimises continuously the resource utilisation for most efficient Tahdeeth execution. Ensures the availability of sufficient internal and external resources to complete the program

Tracks and optimises the Tahdeeth Budget in close cooperation with the Finance department

Makes sure that Tahdeeth is meeting the QoS objectives at any given time and works closely with Huawei and our internal teams to take the required actions

Plans, introduces and manages processes which help to successfully complete the program and to improve Nawras' efficiency after Tahdeeth Program closure

Reports all dimensions of Tahdeeth to the different Program Stakeholders, incl Board

Additional Tasks & Responsibilities:


Quick ramping up of critical skills for the Tahdeeth Program
Daily support of the whole involved organisation
Training of Nawras staff and best practice sharing
Be the Program Management Mastermind for all Technology Project Managers
Preparation of Board and Qtel Group documents
Advise in the area of operational Vendor Management

Identification of additional saving opportunities in the course of the program 

Risk Mitigation:

Introduction of active Program Risk Management for assuring the delivery
Identification of knowledge and experience gaps
Avoidance of overspending and time delays
Offloading of program management tasks from the Technology line managers



You should have a minimum of 10+ working years of experience, with a university degree in Engineering Compiled with A University Degree in Management.  
Certified PMP
Good MS Office skills.
Proven problem solving skills
Excellent Project management skills
Excellent Communication skills
Very good written and spoken English
