Talent Acquisition Account Lead - Al Futtaim Group - UAE

Job Purpose:
To lead an end-to-end talent acquisition process and solution in partnership with the brand and in alignment with business growth plans.

Key Role Specific Accountabilities:

Talent Acquisition strategy
- Work closely with line managers and HRBP to identify critical roles to the business and develop an acquisition plan to attract and source quality talent
- Drive end-to-end talent acquisition solutions in line with business growth plans
- Ensure compliance with groups SOP and governments employment legislation

Stakeholder and Account management
- Work closely with HRBP and line managers to ensure there is a good understanding of business needs and potential
- Ensure regular performance review with stakeholders to ensure business expectations are met
- Provide a full consultative service to line managers with regards to the talent acquisition process

Manpower planning and forecasting
- Generate a Hiring Schedule to address manpower planning and management with HRBP and line managers
- Drive a proactive fulfilment of manpower business requirements through developing extensive network in the market and knowledge of the industry.

Internal talent acquisition
- Identify and assess internal potential for business requirement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure high potential talent within the group are considered for new roles

Analysis and Reporting
- Maintain regular and accurate metrics to assess talent acquisition process and performance
- Encourage continuous improvement through regular review of metrics and SLAs

Requirements

- Relevant Degree or Diploma (Human resources or related field)
- 4 years of recruitment experience
- Basic knowledge of UAE labour laws and regulations
- Extensive knowledge and experience in sourcing processes and channels and client management
