Talent Acquisition Advisor - Riyadh, KSA
Our client is a reputable company looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to be based in Riyadh, KSA. The main purpose of this role is to provide a consultative recruitment service to the Middle East Region. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager for major projects, the successful candidate will be assigned to work on a major project with a particular focus on Construction and Engineering related work.
- Sourcing for potential candidates using the in house Recruitment System, external job boards, social media, company websites and networking.
- Providing shortlists of candidates that have been pre-screened.
- Acting as the main point of contact for the client.
- Assisting in updating and maintaining job postings on our in house Recruitment System and external portals.
- Ensuring that our in house Recruitment System is kept up to date with applicant history from inception to completion; open/close/ track requisitions for reporting purposes.
- Arranging interviews when required and booking meeting rooms.
- Other ad-hoc recruitment projects as directed by the Talent Acquisition Management team.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree preferably in Human Resources or a related discipline
- 5+ relevant years of experience recruiting for Construction industry
