In-house Talent Advisor – Construction/Engineering sector

My client, an international construction and engineering firm are looking to add to their projects team. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates who have experience recruiting in the construction or engineering sector, either in-house or from a recruitment agency. The role will be based between Abu Dhabi and Dubai, dependent on the project location.

The company is progressive and expanding tremendously with an increasing number of contracts in the construction and engineering sector. The ideal candidate will have 5 years experience in this market.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the full hiring life cycle.
• Developing and devising pioneering sourcing options, including pro-active sourcing, headhunting, and building candidate pipelines.
• Pre-assessing candidates, and profiling selected applicants to present to the business.
• Conducting weekly reports for all vacancies aligned to a particular project (s)
• Developing working relationships with key members of the business and hiring managers.
• Maintaining data integrity using global in-house system.

Requirements

Skills and experience required:
• 5 years experience recruiting technical positions in the rail or transport (construction/engineering) sector.
• UAE Driving License
• Bachelors or HR related degree preferred
• Well organised with excellent communication skills

Benefits:

25,000 AED per month + Benefits
