Charterhouse is working with a market leading construction consulting firm. Our client is urgently looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join their team in Doha.
Working with a Senior TA Manager, you will work in a highly challenging, demanding and fast-paced environment. Your key responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, pre-screening candidates and providing shortlists after pre-screening. You will act as the clients main contact, assisting the recruitment team on updating and maintaining job postings. You will also update the in-house recruitment system and organise recruitment and interview schedules.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be Degree educated coupled with a minimum of 5 years experience, at least 2 years of which should be in a similar level / role. You should have previous experience within an agency or in-house recruiting function within the GCC in the construction or engineering environment. It is essential you are highly ambitious, positive and energetic looking for a new challenge in your HR career. You should be a resilient and diligent individual who is focused on achieving the best results possible for the team and business.
