Job description / Role
A Global business are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to head up their Recruitment function in Qatar.
Reporting into the Regional Recruitment Lead you will responsible for:
- End to End recruitment Cycle
- Sourcing/Headhunting candidates pro-actively
- Manpower planning
- Strategic Planning
- Stakeholder engagement
- Weekly reports
Requirements
- Degree Qualified
- Minimum of 5/6 years Recruitment Experience
- Ideally exposure to Oil&Gas/Construction/Engineering industry
- Technical recruitment experience KEY
- Must have experience in the GCC
- Any experience in Qatar would be beneficial
Salary: 25,000-30,000 QAR/month all incl.
