Talent Acquisition Lead

A leading Management Consultancy firm in Dubai is looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to join their team.

- To align all aspects of our talent acquisition strategy and practice with broader HR and organizational objectives; minimizing risk and cost, and driving retention of top talent by ensuring all new hires are a robust culture and capability fit.
- Ensure that the company has the right people, in the right roles, at the right time, sourcing candidates by using appropriate and effective channels. Reinforcing this through an aligned on-boarding process with a fit for purpose training and induction schedule.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, staying up to date with business performance and the associated talent challenges, adjusting strategy and approach to accommodate these.
- Create and manage processes that support a consistent approach to hiring within the region.
- Custodian of the onboarding process for all new hires managing and developing the new hire experience in line with our employee value proposition.
- Work with the executive team, hiring managers and HR team to define and evolve our employer brand in order to better position the company to attract top regional talent and proactively develop pipeline.

Requirements

- Minimum 3-4 years experience in a Recruitment Administration position/role with experience of proactive sourcing in the UAE or wider GCC region.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
- Degree educated
- Fluency in English is essential, Arabic language skills are preferable.
