Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a highly successful and globally recognised construction and engineering consultancy. Our client is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Manager / Lead to join their team in Doha.
In this key role, you will lead a Talent Acquisition Team, working as a business partner with all line managers to determine short and long term hiring needs. You will contribute to the development of the overall sourcing strategy as well as advise the TA team on creating sourcing policies whilst minimising cost and maximising results.
You will be responsible for ensuring standards and protocols are delivered and exceeded as well as assign work and recruitment priorities within the team to meet business objectives and deliverables. As team manager, your duties will also include performance management, hiring, coaching, development and load balancing with the TA team.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have more than 10 years experience in HR with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role. It is essential you have Middle East experience as well as agency or in-house understanding of best practice recruitment in a technical recruitment position. A strong generalist background with solid recruitment experience would be advantageous.
