Talent Acquisition Manager - Middle East

Our client is one of the leading interior manufacturers and fit-out contractors in the Middle East and they are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to take on the Regional role for their business.
- Execute and measure regional recruiting programs.
- Ensure effective senior and mid-level recruitment.
- Manage all conventional and contemporary recruitment channels effectively including technical campus and university relations.
- Develop new local and international markets for a sustained talent pipeline.
- Design and develop a candidate database, talent acquisition effectiveness measurement and dashboard and a company career page.
- Build relationships with partners, hiring managers and other Internal stakeholders.
- Effectively lead the regional talent acquisition team.

Requirements

- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience.
- Graduate with relevant HR qualifications from a premier institute.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Regional understanding.
- A minimum of 4 years in a similar role with regional responsibilities.
