Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a growing Investment firm based in Dubai. Our client is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their expanding HR team.
As part of your role a Talent Manager you will develop and manage talent solutions, policies and programmes across the UAE and you will focus on attracting new employees as well as engage with develop and retain the current work force. You will work closely with the other HR Partners within the business by designing, managing and implementing key recruitment programmes and will develop the talent pipelines in the organisation. This role may require travel to the Philippines, India, Russia, Nepal and Eastern Europe.
You may be required to work on occasional weekends.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a bachelors Degree in HRM with a minimum of eight years HR experience. You should have a proven background within Talent Management whilst a CIPD qualification would be advantageous. It is imperative you are fluent in English. Arabic would be highly advantageous.
