A pioneering leader in the hospitality industry my clients are synonymous with luxury and innovative style. Globally recognized as the market leader in the Hospitality industry they are current looking for an energetic Talent acquisition manager.

Reporting to the Head of Talent Development you will be responsible for managing all recruitment activities, you will work closely with both local and international vendors to source the highest caliber professionals, and you will review the effectiveness of the current graduate programs, career fairs and open days and implement any improvements needed to enhance the effectiveness of the recruitment process. You will work closely with senior management on the development of Job descriptions, conduct training sessions on effective interviewing and on boarding. You will be a key influence on the development of your team with a focus on up skilling and career development.

Requirements

The successful candidate will be required to be university educated. You must have at least 5 years’ experience in the hospitality industry in a volume recruitment position. Key competencies will include strong influencing skills, inspirational leadership, evidence of developing and implementing recruitment initiatives. This is a fast paced dynamic environment that will require you to adapt to the changing needs of the business.
