The RoleThe RoleOur client is a multinational construction service provider who are looking to hire an experienced Talent Acquisition Resourcer to join their established talent acquisition team for a three month temporary role. You will be responsible for several projects at one time and therefore our client is looking for an individual who is proactive and able to multitask. The role will typically involve sourcing candidates from job boards and job sites or through head hunting or referrals then briefing candidates on the roles available and deciding on suitability before presenting them to Management. You will be working in a team of three and should be a team player who works well under pressure and has the ability to meet deadlines and achieve set targets. To be successful you should have experience of resourcing within the UAE, ideally with a focus on the construction or engineering sectors. |
RequirementsRequirementsCandidates with previous experience working in house or within an agency will be considered for this role and you should be familiar with head hunting tools including LinkedIn and other popular job site boards. You should be confident and tenacious in your approach and have the ability to manage several busy projects at one given time. You should thrive off working in a busy and challenging environment which is fast paced and dynamic.
