Job description / Role
The main purpose of this role is to source for suitable candidates internally and externally for live positions as well as building up talent pipelines whilst maintaining accurate records.
Duties include:
- Sourcing for potential candidates using the in house Recruitment System, external job boards, social media, company websites and networking.
- Providing shortlists of candidates from advertisements.
- Assisting in updating and maintaining job postings on our in house Recruitment System and external mediums.
- Ensuring that our in house Recruitment System is kept up to date with applicant history from inception to completion; open/close/track requisitions for reporting purposes.
- Conducting initial screening for junior level and positions.
- Arranging interviews when required and booking meeting rooms.
- Researching potential candidates through networking and company websites, trade journals etc.
- Other ad-hoc recruitment projects as directed by the Talent Acquisition Management team.
Requirements
Successful candidate must have 2 to 5 Years recruitment experience and a proven track record of placing technical candidates.
Computer literacy and excellent written and verbal English language skills.
