Employment: Full Time

My client, a large Retail brand are looking for a Russian speaker to join their Talent Acquisition team within their progressive and growing HR department.

This job would be perfect for a candidate with UAE experience and 1-2 years experience in recruitment.

Responsibilities:

- Sourcing candidates from various job boards and social media
- Pre screening and Interviewing candidates
- Writing and posting adverts online
- Maintaining the database
- Dealing with all on-boarding requirements

Requirements

Experience and skills required:

MUST be a Russian speaker
HR degree or diploma preferred
1-2 years in recruitment (in an agency), talent acquisition (in-house) or HR
Retail or Consumer goods experience is ideal yet not essential

Benefits:
Up to 14,000 AED per month + benefits
