Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

My client, a large luxury goods company are looking for a UAE national to join their Talent Acquisition team.

This job would be perfect for a HR graduate or someone with 1-2 years experience in recruitment.

Responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates from various job boards and social media
- Pre screening and Interviewing candidates
- Writing and posting adverts online
- Maintaining the database
- Dealing with all on-boarding requirements

Requirements

Experience and skills required:

MUST be a UAE national
Either 1-2 years in recruitment OR recently graduated with a degree in HR
Retail/Luxury goods experience is ideal yet not essential

Benefits:
Up to 20,000 AED per month + benefits
