Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Reporting to the HR Manager, the Talent Acquisition Specialist develops a strategic approach to identifying, attracting and onboarding top talent to efficiently and effectively meet dynamic business needs."

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts.
- Develop recruitment strategy. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc
- Participate in employment events, such as career fairs
- Ensures business alignment, examines workforce plans, requires an understanding of the labor markets, and looks at global considerations.
- Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization and projects according to client requirements
- Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.
- Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
- Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.
- Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers. May develop specialized or competitive intelligence and research in regards to talent development or retention.
- Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.

Requirements

- Relevant Bachelor's Degree
- Recruitment experience with international Engineering consultancy firm
- The ability to independently manage priorities, workload projects and deadlines
- Demonstrate candidate management, relationship building, and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal
- Intermediate to advanced computer abilities including MS office Suite.
- Process driven
- Positive attitude and relentless drive to have fun with the recruiting process
- Middle East experience preferred
