Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job description / Role

Our client is a multinational construction service provider who is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their established Talent Acquisition Team based in the heart of Dubai.

This role will typically involve sourcing candidates from job boards and job sites through headhunting, referrals and sophisticated tools which the company will provide for you.

You will brief candidates on roles and decide on their suitability before presenting them to Senior Management for interview. You will be a team player, working in a team of seven, who works well to set targets, deadlines and KPI's.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have previous UAE resourcing experience, ideally within the construction or engineering sectors with a sound understanding of technical recruitment.

Our client will consider candidates with either in-house or agency experience who are extremely familiar with headhunting tools including LinkedIn and other popular job site boards.

You should also be confident, tenacious and proactive in your approach and have the ability to manage several busy projects at once. You should thrive working in a busy, challenging environment which is fast paced and dynamic.
