Job description / Role
My client, an international construction and engineering firm are looking to add to their large talent acquisition team. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates who have experience recruiting in the construction or engineering sector, either in-house or from a recruitment agency.
The company is progressive and expanding tremendously with an increasing number of contracts in the construction and engineering sector. The ideal candidate will have 2 years experience in this market.
Responsibilities:
• Sourcing for potential candidates using the in house Recruitment System, external job boards, social media, company websites and networking.
• Providing shortlists of candidates that have been pre-screened.
• Ensuring that our in house Recruitment System is kept up to date with applicant history from inception to completion; open/close/ track requisitions for reporting purposes
• Arranging interviews when required and booking meeting rooms.
• Other ad-hoc recruitment projects as directed by the Talent Acquisition Management team.
Requirements
Skills and experience required:
• 2 years experience recruiting technical positions in the construction/engineering sector.
• Bachelors or HR related degree preferred
• Well organised with excellent communication skills
Benefits:
16,000 AED per month + Benefits
