Our client who are leading Mutli-national Group of companies are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist for their Dubai head office.

Job Responsibilities include:
- Assist the Talent Acquisition Director with internal and external primary and secondary research across all aspects of the Talent Acquisition process, with increasing exposure to candidate, internal stakeholders and assignment management.
- Identify source, interest and qualify potential candidates using telephone interviewing techniques.
- Provide primary and secondary research into the market; target companies and active and passive candidates for specific current and anticipated company senior recruitment projects (at Opco, BU and Holding levels).
- Fully and efficiently utilize the internal database, the internet / intranet and other on and off line sources of information to identify market intelligence, target companies and individuals for both company and group companies.
- Accurately capture, update and maintain market, company and candidate information on the company's knowledge systems.
- Provide ongoing administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Director throughout the TA cycle.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should be a qualified university graduate possessing a minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience.

- Good intellect, able to think around issues and to develop ideas into practical solutions.
- Good communication skills, both orally and in writing, in English and Arabic (the latter is not a must).
- An appetite to learn and be part of the research process.
- Excellent computer skills, coupled with the ability to learn new systems.
- A proven client service mentality, pro-active, creative with an emphasis on quality and responsiveness.
- An adaptable and flexible manner coupled with the ability to deal with people from a variety of backgrounds and cultures.
- Professionalism - including integrity and ethics.
- Self-confident, with a maturity of outlook.
- A strong team working ethos.
- Knowledge and experience of working in the Gulf would be of distinct advantage.
- Some prior internship experience in a relevant quality corporate or professional services organization and/or experience in eliciting and interpreting information from individuals and other sources.
- To maintain complete confidentiality at all times in relation to all matters in relation to the business of the Group.
