Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a large local group located in the heart of Doha. This business holds a major function within the FMCG / Retail sector. Due to growth within the company, our client is looking to hire an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their busy HR team.
You will be responsible for extensive psychometric testing as well as interpreting results and data. You will run recruitment drives and manage interview processes for candidates at all levels of seniority. In addition, you will interview personnel and recommend their suitability for positions within the organisation. You will also be accountable for driving career fairs.
Requirements
The successful candidate should hold a Degree in human resources or a related discipline. You should also have more than four years experience working in a recruitment function. Exposure to wider HR disciplines and Arabic fluency would be advantageous.
