A leading hospitality organisation is looking for an experience Talent Development Manager to join their team in Dubai.
The main responsibilities will be:
- Overseeing recruitment up to director level
- Talent mapping
- Administration support to Recruitment Manager
- Performance management and development
- Recruitment analysis and reporting
Requirements
- Educated to degree level
- Previous experience working within an agency
- Previous experience recruiting for hospitality positions
- Highly organised and efficient
- Good communication skills
- Western educated preferable
