Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading and reputable organisation within the retail, hospitality and food and beverage sectors. Our client has quickly started to develop a strong and credible name for themselves in the market and is looking to hire a Talent Development Manager to be based in Dubai.
Reporting to the Group HR Director, you will be responsible for the development and sustainability of a strong performance culture and talent pipeline through talent acquisition, training / development and talent management. This role will focus on the implementation and execution of strategies to include tools and processes related to talent management and learning.
You will collaborate with HR business channels, delivering talent services for the region and developing high quality training materials (and customising these when needed for local delivery). In addition, you will work closely with the Training Department with regard to cascading high quality training and evaluating the impact and ROI of training across the business.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience in talent management; multinational company is essential and retail experience is preferred. Experience within performance management, recruitment and learning / development is crucial. Our client has stated a preference for a Western educated candidate.
