Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an international Oil & Gas company in Qatar. Our client is looking to hire a talented, driven and ambitious Talent Development Officer who will be responsible for the career development plans of all employees including Qatari Nationals.
Working collaboratively with all business units and management, you will prepare career development plans including formal and OJT training needs. You will also be responsible for monitoring performance, assessing progress and performance and if required, you will identify and respond to any need for intervention.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a bachelors Degree coupled with a minimum of 3 years experience in training and development or alternatively hold a college Diploma with 8 years related experience in HR with a focus on training and development. You should have excellent written and spoken English as well as outstanding interpersonal and communications skills demonstrated in a multinational, multicultural work environment. In addition, you should possess highly developed internal HR consulting skills. Only Qatari Nationals will be considered for this position.
