Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is working with an international oil and gas company. Our client is looking to hire a talented, driven and ambitious Talent Development Officer who will be responsible for the career development plans of all employees including Nationals in Qatar.

Working collaboratively with all business units and management, you will prepare career development plans to include formal and OJT training needs. You will also be responsible for monitoring performance, assessing progress and performance. Additionally you will identify and respond to any needs for intervention as and when required.

Requirements

The successful candidate should hold a bachelors Degree and have a minimum of three years experience in training and development; alternatively you should hold a college Diploma with eight years related experience in HR with a focus on training and development. You should have excellent written and spoken English as well as outstanding interpersonal and communications skills demonstrated in a multinational, multicultural work environment. Highly developed internal HR consulting skills are essential for this role. Qatari Nationals will be highly considered for this role.
