Employment: Full Time

The Administration Group provides leadership and guidance in the formulation and implementation of the Company's HR & A policies and programs to promote efficient and effective people management in an organisational environment. The group provides value added and innovative HR & A strategic and operational solutions by acting as business enabler to achieve the Company's planned objectives and strategies.

Reporting to the Talent Development Manager, you will be part of Human Capabilities team and you will be responsible for:

* Developing job competency dictionaries, matrices and career ladders.
* Planning and evaluate/ co-ordinate evaluation of candidates and their assignment to the talent pool and career plans.
* Proposing, developing / sourcing, implementing and monitoring programs that enable the development, deployment and engagement of candidates.
* Coordinating activities relating to the talent management cycle such as succession plans and Professional Ladder reviews.
* Advising line managers in talent management practice, including their interpretation and application of the talent management procedure.
* Integrating Human Resources processes to optimize talent.
* Monitoring key performance and quality indicators of the talent management system.

Requirements

* Bachelor of Business Administration/ Human Resources or equivalent, with a major in Organizational Behavior / Organizational Psychology preferred.

* 8 Years in the implementation of talent management, organizational development, performance management, leadership development, learning and development in manufacturing organizations.

* System and process knowledge in competency design and profiling, career ladder development, attraction and selection, performance management, psychological assessment, online assessment technology, talent pool development, career guidance, succession planning, learning and development (needs analysis, program development and facilitation, assessment, evaluation), mentoring and coaching, engagement and retention strategies, compensation and reward, branding.

* MS Office Suite.

* Fluency in English.

* Behavioral requirements: operational delivery, team dynamics, relationship building, networking, interpersonal sensitivity and confidentiality, diversity, verbal and written communication.
