To realise its highly ambitious and aggressive expansion plan, the company is currently looking for a seasoned Talent Leadership Development Manager.

Based in Kuwait at Alshaya's Head Office, the selected candidate will join Alshaya's HR team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to contribute, influence and participate in the HR momentum of one the leading employer in Middle-East. • Contribute to the Talent Management (TM) strategic plan through delivery of  Leadership Development (LD) and Career Management (CM) solutions for identified priority candidates from the Talent Pool.
• Participate in Talent Reviews to provide LD guidance & expertise
• Conduct 'Grid 2 Goal' consultations with key stakeholders to identify targeted development interventions for identified talent , aligned  to individual & organisational goals
• Post Grid 2 Goal consultations compile, communicate & deliver the LD plan
• Design , implement & deliver best practice coaching & mentoring methodologies to create a more holistic learning culture for leaders
• Research & deliver Psychometric assessment tools appropriate to development needs
• Design & implement development / assessment centers
• Integrate ILM framework into current LD model
• Research,  design & deliver E-Learning development solutions
• Design and implement appropriate evaluation processes to measure effectiveness of LD and CM solutions
• Provide LD and CM metrics for TM dashboard (management information)
• Develop partnerships with local & international training providers & educational institutions
• Research best practice and international LD trends to facilitate continuous improvement
• Continuous updating of Job Family Workbooks, Competency Framework and LD Material
• Assist with the launch and completion of the annual PA, including reviewing processes, developing material , conducting PA briefings & targeted up skilling for appraisers
• Engage in and contribute to the TM road map, including the enhancement of organisational approaches to performance management and talent acquisition
